One kitchen, shared equipment
Everything on our menu is cooked in one kitchen, in the same woks, fryers and pans, by the same people. We take real care, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from any allergen, and we cannot promise there is no cross-contact between dishes. Our cooking oil is shared across the fryers.
The fourteen allergens
UK law names fourteen allergens that we must be able to tell you about. Several appear throughout Chinese cooking, so please read this list carefully:

| Gluten (wheat) | Soy sauce, batters, noodles, spring rolls, dumplings, many sauces |
| Sesame | Sesame oil and seeds; prawn toast; some sauces |
| Eggs | Fried rice, egg noodles, batters, egg fried dishes |
| Crustaceans | Prawns, prawn crackers, prawn toast, shrimp paste, some sauces |
| Molluscs | Oyster sauce, squid, mussels |
| Fish | Fish sauce, fish dishes, some pastes |
| Peanuts | Satay sauce, some toppings; peanuts are used in the kitchen |
| Nuts | Cashew dishes and some sauces; nuts are used in the kitchen |
| Milk | Some batters, desserts and curry sauces |
| Celery | Stocks, some sauces and vegetable dishes |
| Mustard | Some sauces and dressings |
| Sulphites | Some sauces, vinegars and dried ingredients |
| Lupin | Not knowingly used, but we cannot rule it out in bought-in ingredients |
This table tells you where an allergen is likely; it is not a list of every dish. For any particular dish, ask us and we will check the ingredients with you.
Ordering online
The online ordering page does not know your allergies. Please write them in the order note before you pay, or call us as soon as you have ordered. If we cannot make a dish safely we will call you back before we cook it, and refund anything we cannot provide.
Severe allergies
If you carry an adrenaline pen or have had a severe reaction before, please call us and talk it through rather than ordering online. We would rather say no than take a chance with your health.
